What Information Will I Need to Make a Transfer Arrangement?
We will need details of your flight, including the flight number, date and time of arrival, and the name of your hotel or resort. If you have other destinations, such as rental housing or a condo, we will need the address of your destination.
Where Will I Meet My Driver After Clearing Customs and Immigration?
You will find your driver outside in the arrivals pickup area, where he or she will have a sign bearing your name.
Do You Have a Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time. As long as this requirement is met, a refund will be applied to the credit card used to make the booking.
What Happens if My Flight Gets Delayed or Cancelled?
Please let St Lucia Airport Shuttle know immediately if your flight is delayed or gets cancelled. We will be able to reschedule your transfer for the appropriate arrival time so that your driver is there to greet you. Please note that fee cannot be reimbursed if you fail to notify us of a cancelled or delayed flight.
What Happens if I Miss My Flight?
Please notify us immediately if you miss your flight so that we may reschedule. There may be a fee for missed flights, and transfer costs cannot be reimbursed if we are not notified that your flight has been missed and we arrive to pick you up.
How Long Is the Drive from UVF, or Hewanorra International Airport to Gros Islet and Castries?
Hewanorra Airport is located about an hour from Castries and about an hour and fifteen minutes from Gros Islet. The drive, however, is very scenic, and your driver will be able to share much about the landscape and points of interest along the way. If desired, you may also request to stop to take photos amid some of the island's most picturesque backdrops.
How Long is the Drive from UVF to Soufriere?
Hewanorra Airport, or UVF, is approximately 30 minutes away from Soufriere.
How Long is the Drive from SLU, or George F.L. Charles Airport to Gros Islet and Castries?
From SLU to Gros Islet is roughly a 20 minute drive, while the town of Castries is only 5 minutes away!
Will We Stop Along the Way?
This is completely up to you. We are more than happy to schedule photo stops or other stops along the way from the airport to your resort, hotel, or rental home.
Are Your Vehicles Insured?
Absolutely. Your safety and comfort are our number one concerns, and as such all of our vehicles and drivers are fully insured. We also keep our vehicles regularly serviced and inspected to ensure that you have a safe and wonderful time while in our company.
