To sum up St. Lucia Shuttle Transfers is pretty easy! They are the definitive source of travel to and from the airport and around St. Lucia! The professionalism of the staff is what impressed me the most, very personable and willing to do whatever it takes to make you feel at ease. The term my wife and I were told both times we use them was "this is YOUR car" meaning if we wanted to make a stop or do some in-transit sightseeing all we had to do was ask. My wife and I were arriving to St Lucia on special circumstances where I am deployed overseas and were meeting her there in St Lucia. Unfortunately my flights were delayed by one day, so I ended up arriving the day after she did, and in a sense I am glad that I did. My wife informed me that travels from the airport to our resort via the provided transportation was horrible, so I scrambled at the last minute to find some transport to could make things easier not to mention have my wife at the airport when I arrived. I ended up finding St. Lucia Shuttle Transfers and had actually talked to Janus himself via email when setting up the reservation. He was very fast with responses and gave me a quote that was less than what the resort offered and traveled twice the distance! Janus himself is a great businessman and also now considered a friend, his professionalism is what really sets St. Lucia Shuttle Transfers apart from the others. On our way back at the end of our vacation we were greeted by Janus as our driver again, we talked with him during the drive as if we had been friends for years and actually regretted not using their tour/sightseeing services during our stay. Janus even stopped at a coconut stand and purchased one for my wife and I to try with his own money, Janus is a unique businessman because he not only wants a happy customer but he wants to develop a relationship which is a level of customer service that is hard to come by! If I had to rate St. Lucia Shuttle Transfers on a scale of 1 to 10 they would easily get a 15! Great service, great value, and most of all outstanding customer relations! I consider Janus a friend and St. Lucia Shuttle Transfers my ONLY source of travel during our next stay!

We are very happy we booked our transfers with your company. Sam picked us up from the airport and was very hospitable. He stopped at viewing points for us to take pictures and gave us quite the fruit tour (we were very excited to learn about the vegetation we don't have in the US.)! It was great having bottled water right away. He also introduced us to some folks at our hotel who were amazing to us! Hygenus picked us up from our hotel to take us back to the airport. He waited patiently while we wrapped up at the desk and also gave us a tour on the way back. I learned some new things that we hadn't heard. Our airport shuttle was great and our driver, Randall, made the trip to our resort that much more enjoyable. He was informative and very personable. He even offered to stop at a local eatery when we said we were hoping to eat some authentic local food while we were here. He took the time to drive us through the downtown Castries street party, after we mentioned we were thinking about checking it out,and pointed out the good place to go. He was even willing to stop in and let us enjoy a beer :)

The second driver was a few minutes late arriving, but rang through to the hotel to tell us. As a result, not only was it not a problem in the slightest, but it gave me a huge amount of confidence in both him and your organisation. We had a great day, all 8 of us. Loved the scenery and realize your drivers are very competent in negotiating the curves. Ours had a PhD in driving he told us ( pot hole dodger). I can't remember his name now but very knowledgable and easy going e.g. stopped so we could get more beer. Also was conscious to get us back on time to catch cruise.

My husband and I were overally satisfied with this transportation company! When we arrived in St Lucia the driver was waiting for us with a confirmation number as promised. He introduced himself to us and was very friendly. He loaded our luggage in the car and offered us complimentary drinks to our destination. This is not just any taxi that picks you up, drives you and takes your money. It is a tour as well and the driver was very knowledgeable. Our experience was above and beyond and we even booked them for our ride back to the St Lucia airport at the end of our vacation. They will do anything for you and stop anywhere along the ride. He was a skilled and efficient driver and came prepared with a second vehicle to transport luggage for group of eleven. I would like to thank Janus and the team of drivers at St Lucia Airport Shuttle and Taxi Service for their excellent work.
Our reservations were done online and communications with Janus were prompt and friendly.
When the four of us arrived at Hewanorra Int'l Airport, we were greeted by a smiling representative who drove us all the way north to Rodney Bay, about a 90 minute drive. He was pleasant, knowledgeable on all things St Lucian and his superb driving made for a relaxing ride.
Two weeks later, we were met by another driver at the smaller airport in Castries, who patiently waited for us almost an hour because our flight had been delayed.   Fabian drove us south to the Hewanorra airport, another 90 minute ride. This young driver was an expert in all things agricultural, since he worked full time for the agriculture department of St Lucia, specializing in the study of banana production.

We were all very impressed by the staff and service so we hope to see you again next time in St Lucia.

Our transfer was great! We were met exactly as you said and there was only a 5minute wait before our driver arrived.

On the drive to the hotel, we were offered the opportunity to stop at a local bar and to eat some local bread! We loved the bread, but we decided to pass on the bar, as we just wanted to get to the hotel!

I'm so glad we never wasted the money on the helicopter! We enjoyed seeing some local towns in this beautiful country on our drive to our perfect hotel!!

I thoroughly enjoyed our driver Candy and I would absolutely book with your company again. He provided us with a guided tour of the island as we drove to Ladera and we felt very safe. The vehicle was in pristine condition, very clean and even had tinted windows and AC. It made my wife and I feel very safe.

We had to stop at a bank to withdraw money and he stayed with us the entire time. I could go on and on but to sum it up--it was wonderful and I wish more people knew about this service. St. Lucia had very expensive taxi services, especially through resorts but on the other side of the coin, a tourist does not know who to trust. It provides you with peice of mind to have someone waiting for you (at the airport) and even have a code to ensure the appropriate driver has been assigned.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and looking forward to coming back to St. Lucia. I will seriously consider booking a tour next time.

The St Lucia Airport Shuttle is the best way to arrive and depart St. Lucia. You are met on arrival by a driver with your name on a sign and a confirmation number so you can identify him immediately. This is a great safety feature when you are at a new destination .

The drivers are always friendly and helpful and give you an idea about the island as you are transported to your hotel.
This group also has a great tour service. This way, you can see places of interest in the comfort of your car or van with just the driver and not a crowd of other people.

We highly recommend Janus and his crew .

We all are back home here in Canada after a wonderful and relaxing vacation. It was great to see Winson was our driver again on the return trip to the airport.   He was very polite and punctual. He arrived 20 minutes before our arranged pick up time and gladly waited for us to finish our departing drinks. My sister just got Married in St. Lucia. I wanted to make the best of my short stay on the island and I'm so glad we called St.Lucia Airport Shuttle. Danny Boy was our first introduction to the island and he put a smile on all of our faces. My dad hates to travel outside the U.S but he was impressed with the service. Danny is knowledgeable cheerful and very honest! When I found out the road to my Diving destination was closed and I would have to take a 2 hour journey all the way around the island as a detour I knew just who to call. Danny was happy to take me on the long journey South to Anse Chastanet. When we go there he carried my diving suitcase a mile down a muddy road so it wouldn't get dirty.

We'd like also thank you / the drivers for the three nice and safe transfers / tour your drivers gave us.
We enjoyed wery much during the transfers watching and beautiful sceneries and feeling curvy / hilly landscape (we may have seemed rather reticent compared to e.g. Americans, but Finns usually are rather silent and do not very much show enthusiasm).

St. Lucia was also a very positive new acquaintance. As said, the landscape was beautiful combination of forests and mountains (Finland is also covered mainly by forests and lakes, but landscape is not mountain-like). Most of all we liked friendliness of the people, sufficiently but not too much relaxed atmosphere and authenticity overall - i.e. the atmosphere is not spoiled by excessive tourism, commercialism and related fuzz.

Hopefully we would return some day on vacation on St. Lucia.

My husband and I had a great trip when we went to St. Lucia in the middle of August 2011. We arranged a pick up from the airport with your company. Sammy was our driver. He drove us to our hotel and along the way pointed out some of the interesting things that were going on in St. Lucia for the upcoming week. We arranged our return transfers between Hewanorra Int. Airport and the Almond Morgan Bay through St. Lucia Airport Shuttle prior to leaving the UK. What a great pleasure it was to deal with this company. Everything was quickly arranged through email and when we arrived at the airport our driver Dane was waiting for us.

Dane took charge of our luggage and led us to a four door air-conditioned car and provided us with welcome bottles of ice cold water in the way of refreshment. The journey to our resort was at a nice safe leisurely pace, during which Dane gave us a history of the island and pointed out all the interesting sights along the way and offering us opportunities to stop and take photographs. What a wonderful way to start our stay in St Lucia.

On the return journey, the car arrived in plenty of time to get us to the airport and we had the privilege of being driven by Janus himself who was very informative about St Lucia and keen to personally do what he could to ensure we enjoyed our holiday, he was happy to stop for photographs on the way and to answer any further questions we had and made sure that we knew exactly where to go at the airport. He was a proper gentleman. Transfers to and from the airport by private car were excellent value for money and the drivers were wonderful, really nice friendly guys, nothing was too much trouble.

We arranged a private tour of the island through Real Saint Lucia Tours and were looked after extremely well by our driver Aldan. The tour lasted about 6 hours at a very safe and leisurely pace, we felt completely safe at all times. The Island tour is an absolute must to be able to truly experience all that St Lucia has to offer, including the wonderful people.

We visited all the sights including the very picturesque marigot bay, Anse La Raye, the rain forest, Soufriere and the Pitons, the botanical gardens, spicy island rum and sampling at the rum factory, the volcanic crater and throughout the tour Aldan was very informative giving us lots of information about the island, past and present.

We had lots road side stops to take pictures, sampled some of the freshly baked local bread, coconut water and coconut flesh. He took us to an authentic St Lucian restaurant in the suburbs of Soufriere where we were able to have a Creole meal which was excellent value for money. Aldan was very proud of being a St Lucian and of St Lucia, we got to see some spectacular scenery and learn facts that we otherwise would not have known, he even shared his jokes with us, some of which were terrible!!!!

We would thoroughly recommend Janus and Real Tours to anybody visiting the island.

My husband and I were taking a trip to St Lucia and so I wanted to do my research of the best tour companies before I went. I was so lucky to find Janus and the Real Tours group. Working We had a wonderful tour guide, Danny, pick us up from the airport when we landed in St Lucia. From the minute we got in the van he began to give us a "mini tour" of the island. He described everything we saw and even stopped for pictures on the way to the hotel. We weren't expecting that! hen we talked to other people at the hotel they said that their taxi ride was horrible-the driver was too fast and didn't talk the whole time. Not us! We even decided on our airport shuttle to do a city tour with Danny because he was so great. Danny picked us up from our hotel and we had the best day there. Danny took us all over the city-describing everything as we went. He was open to us spending as less or as much time as we wanted at each stop. We felt no pressure to do anything! Danny treated us with local foods and drinks that we wouldn't have experienced on our own. That was one of our favorite days on the Island. We found our driver just as you indicated we would. He was very polite, a little soft-spoken and he drove us safely to our resort.

He asked if we preferred AC or the windows down. We selected feeling the island air
- no AC. With this, we found it very hard to hear and understand our driver.

He did point out a few things along our ride, stopped twice for pictures and stopped at a grocery store when I asked where the store was located. Again, very polite gentleman just not very talkative and

Honestly I use car transportation all the time due to my distance locally from the airport I use in the US. The friendliness, professionalism, knowledge your drivers have on the area, what to do, and just the information on the island made the drive from and to the airport very enjoyable. Airport Transfer

We recently used St. Lucia Airport Shuttle to take us to the UVF Airoport 22nd June and back again June 29. We wanted to write to say thank you for the truly professional and friendly service your company and our driver Ian provided. My husband and I had been to St. Lucia before and had arrived through the airport to the north of the island (SLU). We learned from the other guests at our resort that booking with an outside taxi from the airport would be a lot cheaper. We booked our hotel transfer with St Lucia Airport Shuttle for our American Airlines flight scheduled to arrive at 1330. We both were a bit skeptical about the decision at first, but we could not of made a better choice, our St Lucia airport shuttle driver picked us up at the airport and was on time.

What’s even better is the fact that we were welcomed with mineral water, which you could really need after an 8 hour flight. Our shuttle bus was air conditioned and comfortable, we felt very safe with our taxi driver Ian who told us quite a lot about St Lucia before we arrived at our resort. I found Janus on their site and gave him a call. He was courteous and professional from beginning/pickup at the airport to the end on delivery a week later back to the airport. Janus had our name on a sign after we exited baggage claim and were taken to his awaiting vehicle. Others on arrival either had to wait on the bus or find there on transportation. We were offered water and taken on a safe journey to our resort. This was done safely and he explained the route and other details as they occurred.
